About the Project:

TCU Consulting Services, LLC, was competitively selected to manage the ASU building program with a starting program budget of $98,616,799 million in Montgomery, Alabama. Construction began on the first project in this program in July 2007. The Ralph D. Abernathy College of Education building was completed May 2009. The Phase I Student Housing construction began in October 2007 and construction was complete in July 2008. The Phase II Student Housing construction began in June 2008 and students moved into these facilities in August 2009. The Levi Watkins Library’s construction completion date is January 2011. The Student Services Center is in design and construction is scheduled to start in February 2010 and completed in January 2012. The remaining projects are in the programming phase or design phase.

Tim Cantey is the PM for the City of Montgomery's projects and for all K-12 projects. Tim manages numerous projects for the City to include Cramton Bowl Renovations, Sports Complex, City Hall Renovations, Connector Road, and a new Police/Fire Precinct.

 

 

His extensive architectural and construction experience adds value for each client's project.
