About the Project:
TCU Consulting Services, LLC, was competitively selected to manage the Montgomery County Commission building program. The total program budget for Annex 1 was $10,000,000 million and the project was completed in four phases. Construction began in June 2008 and the ribbon cutting ceremony was held in September 2009. Annex 1 was a phased renovation of 250,000SF of office space for various departments providing Montgomery County Services. The challenge was to construct the renovation while continuing service operations and public use of the facility. TCU successfully managed this program and delivered a notable facility serving the Montgomery community.
