TCU was selected to manage the design and construction program for several Alabama Housing Finance Authority projects. Currently, Jubilee Development is 60 days into the construction phase of the project. The new development by The Bennet Group, LLC., will include 72 mixed-use single-story flat apartment homes and two-story townhomes in Pell City, Alabama.
Previously,
TCU managed the construction program for the new Summit Housing Partners of Montgomery's 55-unit apartment complex called Heritage View Apartments. Construction is near complete and the complex is currently leasing apartment homes. This is one of many projects in west Montgomery that city planners hope will increase the value of the neighborhood. TCU is honored to be on a positive project team producing quality housing for the residents of Montgomery.
